***The McCormack Middle School is proposed to close as a stand-alone middle school at the end of the 2019-20 school year. McCormack 7th and 8th grade students will be relocated to another building during school years 2020-21 and 2021-22 while renovations are made to the current McCormack building. These students will be able to return to the building when it re-opens as a 7-12 high school. This proposal is currently under consideration by the Boston School Committee.***
